FAQ: Placing Orders

Do I need to set up an account to place an order online?

You can place orders without an account. However, having an account will make it easier and quicker to place future orders as your addresses and details will be saved on top of allowing you to create a wish list.

 

How do I shop on Creojo?

All new and highlighted releases are shown on the main page. Clicking on any of the images will bring you to the relevant collection or product page, where you can browse variations. Alternatively, you may browse through the collections and categories yourself via the “Collections” tab on the website’s header or use the search bar to find a product by name.

 

How do I place an order?

Purchases may be made directly through shopify.creojo.com. If you require any assistance, you can contact us via email at assistance@creojo.com. Emails will be responded to within 2-4 business days.

 

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Ordered items are considered final sale and cannot be returned to Creojo for refunds. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

 

Can I order over the phone?

How do I know I have successfully placed an order?

We will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your order. A tracking number will be assigned to you via email when your order is confirmed.

Please note that during peak times, your order can take up to 5 business days to process before it ships.
